Background |
Jack Butler set up Future Foundations (FF) four years ago because he wanted to bridge the gaps between education and the working world, following graduation from the University of Cambridge he discovered that success in the world of work required a different formula to education. Through various programmes in schools and universities FF quickly grew a reputation for providing immersion training which successfully raised both aspirations and attainment amongst young people, which led to a government initiative called Aimhigher asking FF to run the Norfolk University Access Summer School, a programme now in its fourth year.In 2007, the management team expanded to include Jon Harper, a graduate entrepreneur bringing a wealth of programme management experience from running a UK university volunteering programme for an international business backed NGO.
