The Continuous Professional Development programme is dedicated to staff development, or anyone who is involved with the students on a Future Foundations programme or scheme.

It is integrated into a Future Foundation programme and involves:- 

• sharing of best practice
• guest speakers
• leadership 
• business studies
• product life cycles
• how to run enterprising sessions to develop student's business skills
• opportunity for networking

Teachers also have the opportunity to experience what their students have been experiencing on Future Foundation programmes, to help them have a better understanding of the content covered and thus be in a position to sustain and reinforce the students learning, after the programmes end.
